EINTEGRA TECHNOLOGY CONSULTING 2020 S.L. (hereinafter, ESMOVIL.ES) is a company dedicated to the spare parts distribution for mobile phones and tablets.

ESMOVIL.ES is registered in the Mercantile Registry of Granada, Volume 1584, page 42, sheet GR-4765, registration 2.

ESMOVIL.ES, with VAT B19605948, is a company domiciled in Calle Víznar 113 Polígono de Juncaril, 18220 Albolote (Granada), and is the current responsible for the management and operation of the website www.esmovil.es.

Users

The access or use of this website attributes the USER condition, thus accepting the General Conditions of Use. The mentioned conditions will be applicable regardless of the mandatory General Conditions of Contract.

Use of the website

www.esmovil.es provides access to a multitude of products, information, services, programs or data (hereinafter, "the contents") belonging to ESMOVIL.ES or to third parties, to which the USER may have access. The USER assumes the responsibility for the use of the website including the registration process. In the registration process the client will receive a confidential access password, and will commit to make an appropriate and responsible use of the contents and services offered through Esmovil.es. The platform will not be used for:

- Share racist, xenophobic, pornographic content or propaganda as well as any content that violates human rights.

- The client will act in good faith, without incurring in illicit activities or acting against the public order.

- Cause damage to physical and logical systems from ESMOVIL.ES, its suppliers or third parties, through viruses or other means.

- Use email accounts from other users to access the website and modify or manipulate their messages.

Industrial and Intellectual Property

All distinctive signs, trademarks, trade names, contents, structure, design and form of presentation or any other information that appears on this website are property of ESMOVIL.ES by itself or as an assignee and are protected by the rights of industrial and intellectual property.

The user is not allowed to reproduce, transform, distribute, communicate publicly and, in general, exploit any of the elements of the website without the express authorization of ESMOVIL.ES.

The user will not perform any action that may compromise or manipulate the security systems, as well as any activity that may expose the operation or the contents of the website to any kind of risk.

ESMOVIL.ES is not responsible for the possible inappropriate use made by the users of the website, nor for the information transmitted through it to third parties. ESMOVIL.ES is not responsible, in any case, for damages of any kind that may cause, by way of example: errors or omissions in the content, lack of availability of the website or transmission of viruses or malicious programs through the content. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

The relationship between ESMOVIL.ES and the USER will be governed by the current Spanish regulations and any dispute will be submitted to the Spanish Courts and Tribunals.
