Returns - | Distribuidor de repuestos móviles y tablets

Please go through the following points to manage an RMA resolution or the return of any material:

- Download the Excel file


- Fill in the following fields

o   Number or name of client.

o   Email.

o   Name of the article.

o   Serial number of the article. In case you do not have it, the invoice number.

o   Reason of the devolution.

o   Description of the issue.

o   Kind of return (Refund or replacement).


-          Send an email to the RMA Department ( attaching the Excel file.

-          You will receive an email with the following instructions, being this the last step.

-          Send your package and you will get the resolution in 2-3 business days.

-          Thank you for your cooperation.
